Description

NYCO GREASE GN 22 is a versatile and high-performance grease, formulated to meet the rigorous demands of the aviation industry. This NLGI 2 grade grease is clay-thickened and based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil with a viscosity of 7 cSt at 100°C. Its formulation provides resistance to corrosion and oxidation and includes antiwear and extreme pressure additives, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

The grease is particularly well-suited for multipurpose airframe applications, such as doors, flaps, slats, THS, bearings, and landing gears, as well as for wheels. Its robust formulation allows it to operate effectively in a temperature range from -65°C to +177°C, providing flexibility and reliability under various operating conditions.

NYCO GREASE GN 22 has been approved and meets several important specifications and standards, including MIL-PRF 81322 G, DEF-STAN 91-52 Iss.1 Amd.2, DCSEA 395/B (AIR 4222), NATO CODE G-395, XG-293, and Airbus CML ref. 03GBB1.
